This is something I learnt while going through several services. If you face an issue from a service provider, do the following.
1. Calm down.
2. Check carefully whether the problem is in your end
3. Contact the service provider directly
4. Ask their help politely, maintain professionalism
Following are two of my experiences.
1. I got an unexpected error when trying to log into Tumblr. Hasan had recommended this website as a good place to publish your posts to attract traffic. I couldn't log in. I had an account but my password was not working. I knew the password I typed was right. Anyway I tried another approach. I changed my password. Even after the change, the same problem occurred. Then I directly contacted Tumblr. They also wondered how this happened. After exchanging several mails, they deleted my username and the password, but not the account. Then ask me to sign fresh. I did that and now everything is operating smoothly.
2. When I tried to include my phone number to Fiverr, it got rejected. I tried a phone number of a friend and it got approved. But I needed to include my telephone number to the account. So I contacted Fiverr. Just like in the first case, they also surprised to see this issue. After exchanging about 10 emails with them, they were able to figure it out and include my phone number to the account.
To both these processes, it took me more than a week. But now the issues are all clear. I invite you to do the same, when you also come across an issue of a service provider.
